Kynetically™ (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Kynetically application and website.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect limited information necessary to operate the app, including:
- Account information (if provided)
- Usage data related to breathing sessions
- Device information for performance and diagnostics
- Health data (only if you explicitly grant Apple Health or Android Health Connect permissions)
3. Health Data
Kynetically may access heart rate data through Apple Health or Android Health Connect only if you grant permission. This data is used solely to calculate heart rate shift metrics and is never sold or shared with third parties.
4. Data Storage
Session data, journal entries, and breathing history are primarily stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated. We do not sell your data and do not store personal data on external servers for general app use.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Kynetically stores user data locally on your device and does not retain personal data on external servers for general app usage.
Data is retained only while the app remains installed on your device and is used to support your ongoing experience.
You may delete your data at any time by:
- Using the “Reset Personal Data” option within the app settings, which immediately deletes all locally stored data
- Deleting (uninstalling) the app from your device, which permanently removes all locally stored data
- Revoking Apple Health or Android Health Connect permissions via your device settings, which stops further access to health data
Once deleted or the app is uninstalled, your data cannot be recovered.
Kynetically does not maintain independent backups or long-term personal data records outside of your device.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use secure third-party services such as RevenueCat, Apple services, and Google Play services to manage subscriptions and payments.

You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings and may contact us if you have questions about your data.
